Fill in the blue boxes in the grant guideMost of the answers are written out already. The blue ones need your registration certificate and sales numbers.
What you need
- The store's exact registered name, from the registration certificate.
- Who owns the business, and the share each owner has.
- The mailing address for the business.
- This year's sales so far, and your best guess for the full year.
- How many people work at the store, not counting the owners.
- Whether the store has had any Innovation PEI funding in the last two years.

Submit the Innovation PEI applicationUpload the quote from my email, check every answer, then forward me the confirmation.
Before you submit
- Enter the three cost rows from the quote. The total is $2,150.
- The request is $750, half of the $1,500 website.
- Read the declarations and complete the CAPTCHA yourself.
- Nothing is signed or paid, and the website isn't started, until you have written approval.

Send me the Springwall and MacGregor models you carryModel names are enough, and a photo of a price list works too. I'll track down the pictures.
