No tax is added because Red Isle Web is a small supplier and does not charge HST. This quote is not an agreement and nothing is owed when it is issued. Work begins only after written Innovation PEI approval. The $1,500 website is due once it's live and you're happy with it, the $150 when the free three months end, and the optional $500 only if you choose it.
